PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM -
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that http://www.honeynearth.com/ may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact http://www.honeynearth.com/ at sales@honeynearth.com within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until you receive further instructions from http://www.honeynearth.com/ regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, email us at sales@honeynearth.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from us. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, http://www.honeynearth.com/ does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that we shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of your emails.
All defective products being returned to http://www.honeynearth.com/ shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to us over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from us are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, AND ORIGINAL PACKING as sent to customer, shall have to be returned within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from http://www.honeynearth.com/.
Safe receipt of defective product by http://www.honeynearth.com/ is sole responsibility of the customer.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then we shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER.

http://www.honeynearth.com/ shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately. We shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, or you can opt to get store credit of the same amount, as the cost of the original product. Do note that shipping charges born by the customer and not included in this case.
In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the http://www.honeynearth.com , it shall bear costs of alterations/modifications.
Notwithstanding the above, http://www.honeynearth.com/ is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. http://www.honeynearth.com/ shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.
PARTIAL REFUNDS -
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, http://www.honeynearth.com /is unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, http://www.honeynearth.com/ shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
CREDIT ISSUES -
Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of http://www.honeynearth.com/ processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.
